C hapati Side Dish In this article, we will make a healthy side dish for Chapati using Potato, Big onions, etc. Ingredients Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Curry leaves - small bunch Big onion (chopped) - 2 nos Dry red chillies - 2 nos Green chilli - 1 Chilli Potatoes - 3/4 kg Coriander leaves - small bunch Salt - as needed Method Cleanly wash the potatoes and cut them in half.  Take a cooker and add 3/4 kg of potatoes along with salt. Boil it for 2 whistles. Remove the potato skin and then mash it. How to Cook Take a pan and pour refined/rice bran oil. Add mustard seeds. Then add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
